Auld Reekie Media is a Scottish-American production company helmed by writer/director Christopher Downie and producer/actor Brett Murray. After gaining some attention for their Kevin Smith/Jason Mewes biopic short, Get Greedo, Auld Reekie Media made the jump to feature films when they began a five year journey to bring the story of Kevin Smith's early career to the screen (The Clerk).

In the years since, Downie and Murray have been developing several new projects, the first of which - Widows of the Departed, will begin shooting in 2020.
